Hey, this is Johnson here, I am the son of Ling-Ling and John Pau. Besides my parents I have a brother who is two years younger than me (josh). I am a sophomore at Bergen Academy High School Being at this school doesn't give me a lot of free time; however, when I do have a free moment, I like to read many, play chess and/or go bowl. Some might think me as a nerd, but hey it's their point of view.

The mission trip to South Dakota is something of great interest to me. During this trip we are going to be helping the local missionaries on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. We will be sleeping in the provincial high school during this trip and will be doing work most of the time (yes, work and not play. Though, it will still be fun.) Just the lodging alone is an interesting experience since there are no beds in the high schools. I'd like to see how my mom will survive the week of not sleeping on her comfy bed. Thank God I have my Ipod. I won't have to hear others whine and complain.

This trip is going to be mad cool, not only because I get to meet new people from all over the country and chill with friends but I actually get to do something useful while I'm there. I get to teach VBS to the local Indian children and help winterize their homes for the upcoming cold winter months. Hmmm… the chance of me destroying something may be a possibility since I don't really know how to use too many tools. Well, I just have to hold on to the promise that "Nothing is impossible with God."' The best part of the trip would be the opportunity to share my faith with someone there. I am looking forward to that awesome feeling when you share your faith and the person accepts.

Anyways, it is going to be pretty hectic leading up to the trip: school work, extra – curricular stuff, work, youth group, family obligations, and o yea, fundraisers for the mission trip. It will all be worth it. Please keep us in  your prayers.
